I have recently moved house(Jan 07), and with it came a FENSA Certificate for the back windows and doors that were replaced.. (October 04) apparantly, i have since been having trouble with the windows and now only 1 window and 1 door will open, so I have rooted out the Certificate to take action on this and I have now found that the company that apparantly installed them in October 04, actually went into administration in February 04, and therefore I do not know where I can go, if anywhere, from here.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

These window warranties are normaly insurance based and account for the installers going bust. Your Fensa certificate should cover for your repairs.
