What is the best way of keeping the cement between the tiles fresh and not ingrained?

if you mean the grout on indoor tiles then I use Astonish, a paste cleaner & it works a treat. I have also bought some stuff in Wilko's called grout revive & although I really didn't think it would work, I applied it to the grouting, left it to dry & wiped off the excess & its brought them up like new. hope this is of some help
