how do i get tissues off my woolen jumpers,after they were left in someones pocket in the washimg machine

Well other than laborously picking it off by hand I can only think of one of the chappies

Which should do the job fairly quickly, thus leaving you plenty of time to decapitate whoever it was that left tissues in their pockets.

maria - Try rubbing opposites together. Failing that try some sticky tape on it! xxx

Put them in a tumble dryer if you have access to one. The majority of the tissue will come off and be collected in the filter.

I know this won't be much help to you, but I always use Tempo tissues - they don't disintegrate.

Use sellotape, make it into a circle with the sticky end to the outside and pick them off this way.
