Presuming you mean Nicotine, you will have to use Sugar soap (available at B and Q etc ) to wash it off, or re-decorate ...and give up smoking in the house!

Sugar Soap is definately best,I've used it on my walls and ceilings lots of times and then I don't have to re-decorate.
