If they are like my neighbour then probably not, although mine would look like a small gargoyle in an anorak.

It's probably illegal but so is putting cardboard in your paper recycling bin but who cares it's saturday...

probably depends on which part of his or her body you attached. I think hands and feet are ok but it may be wrong to attach via ears, tongue or genetalia.
