You can however upload it to one of the free photo hosting sites on the web and then post a link to it here in a question (or answer).

Easy to use ..just click on Browse ..this opens pics stored on your computer ..click on the one you want to post then click on Upload now. It uploads your pic and It will give you links ..Choose the one for message boards and forums ....just copy and paste that into your post here .
