Is there anything I can buy to put in my composter to help the contents decompose quicker?

There are lost of products avaialble to speed up the process- try somewhere like Wilkinsons or B&Q.
A DIY way to quicken the process is to add water.

A really good way is 7parts water to 1 part urine. This formula was told to listeners on the South`s `Radio Solent` programme by the head parks gardener and it really works, cheap too.

I have plenty of cat urine! Lol
This is true. I bought my Mum a female urinal kit when she was ill. I now use it when my Dad's a long time in the bath and I add it to my compost bins. Sounds awful, but it works. I'm now using the compost from my bins and I'm amazed at how brilliant it is.
