glow-worm 38cxi bioler
4 Answers
the boiler is approx 2 years old. At 18 months it started to go to fault F1 at odd times. The service engineer could not locate a fault. Now it is happening almost everyday. Could it be the pcb or a faulty gas valve. I have e-mailed the glow-worm technical dept but had no reply and phoned @ 50p a minute just be cut off after 5 minutes.
Any suggestion would be most welcome.

The hot water therefore wasn't getting away from the boiler quickly enough...........causing the thermal cutout to give this fault.....................sorry if this is totally irelevant :o)
