I'm over-wintering my geraniums indoors for the first time and they keep producing new leaves. Should I keep removing these leaves until the plants are ready for putting out again ?

I would not remove the leaves but try to keep the plants on the dry side.

If you wanted, you could take cuttings from your overwintered plants and have lots of lovely new plants for the summer. Geranium cuttings are very easy to take. Once your plant has grown leaves again, you can take cuttings about 3" long, cutting the stem with a sharp knife just below a joint. Just place in a small pot in compost and wait!! Hopefully they will root and grow on well.
