hi i have one and its brilliant! It cost about �400-�450, we replaced a zanussi which took 2 hours 10mins to do a normal wash, our lg takes 1hr 18mins for the same type of wash but its also a much bigger load which saves loads of money on electricity! i swear by them and the two people ive recommended them to also swear by them! Its much quieter than any wasing machine I've ever had too! In the two years we've owned ours we've never had a problem.

Thanks for the advise. We are looking at the steam option .Is that any good or just a gimmic?
