Not easily. It's worth getting a plumber and electrician to do it.It needs it's own 32amp supply.
Power showers are run from the hot and cold and only use a small current to drive a motor. You can wire this from the lighting circuit. Ideally the cold feed should be plumbed from the cold storage cistern, and the hot from the cylinder.
Tweed you are wrong. You may be talking about an electric shower which is far different to a power shower.

I totally agree with archbishop  you must have a qualified electrician and plumber.

The job is more complicated than you might imagine as  it entails pulling up floorboards (I don't know if this is correct in all cases, it was in ours!)  You might also need your tank highered in the roof - and do allow for things to go wrong, so my advice would be go away for a couple of days and let the professionals get on and do the job - it's really is worth every penny!

Nope, I'm correct. I don't give advice unless I know it's right. A power shower is just that, a shower powered by a pump to increase the pressure. You can get an all-in-one, or one with a separate pump. The pump is the only electrical load, the water is already heated and stored in the hot water cylinder. A pump draws a low current - typically less than 2 amps. An electric shower however heats the water by electricity as the water passes through it. Therefore, a large current is drawn to do a lot of work in a short time, which requires a thick cable to supply the shower (6 or 10mm sqrd) and fused at 30 or 45 amps depending on the load of the shower.
