non flowering camelia

can anyone help please? I have two camelias, one in the front garden and one in the back garden. This year neither have flowered or budded. Last year only one of them flowered.

Do they need feeding perhaps?
I think camelias only flower on last years growth. have you pruned them? if so they wont flower
i read somewhere that if you over feed a plant you will get more leaf than flowers depending on what time of the year you feed it... one of my camelias third year and still no buds!! they do prefer to be planted in eracious soil.
another suggestion (got this from Alan Titchmarsh) camellias make their bud sin July/August and need a plentitful supply of water then othet wise they won't make buds or the buds will drop off.
