I have a Baby-G watch and as we're on BST I need to adjust the time but I have no instructions.

I have the same problem twice a year but mr jazzyb always ends up fixing it. i will ask him for you.....

ok, here goes.... apparently you need to press and hold one of the 4 main buttons (all models differ but he suspects the top left) until it beeps. it will then start to flash the hour which you can change by pressing the buttons on the right hand side up/down. hope this helps.
