Shop opening times
10 Answers
In the UK (England to be precise), which shops will be open on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December this year?
In particular, I'm thinking of Tesco and/or Asda and W H Smith.

As I don't live in the UK, but will be there over Christmas, I though someone in the UK might have heard or seen something about the opening hours.
I should imagine that the Monday, being a bank holiday, at least the supermarkets would be open Sunday hours (10am to 4pm, or 11 to 5pm or something like that). Tuesday 28th is just a normal day, isn't it? Therfore, I'd expect all to be open, but the supermarkets may close earlier than usual (ie they probably won't stay open till 10pm if they do normally)
I have just had the same problem! I have read all the reply's to your question but would you not think that the big stores would update their information giving the changes over the xmas period? The only one I found was Waitrose..................they had a link to the Christmas changes on their Opening Times for each of the stores in different locations. 10/10 to them....... we shall shop there tomorrow as the relatives we are taking home need food to take back with them, having been at our house all week. Merry Christmas! Hope you all had a great one.
