i have a halstead ace boiler and when the  hot tap for the bath is run the boiler will after a short time start to let water out of the auto air vent at the top left of the bioler and make gurggling noise plus the pressure gadge show a drop. the boiler is 2 years old and works fine in all areas apart from this small problem any help ?

you need to get it serviced as this is far from normal.  It seems to be a valving problem.

hi , did you find out what was causing this problem because i also have a halstead ace combi boiler and mine has just started doing the same thing i also could never get very hot water from the tap unless i run it really slow because it kept switching the boiler of and on and runnin cold but now it does the same as yours and then it locks out i do have the installation and service instructions for it if anyone requires an email of them.any help would be much appreciated
