hello, i am looking to buy a property in rual spain to live in.  has anyone got any advice as to which are the nicest parts of rual spain? also has anyone else brought a property in spain and if so any advice would be gratefully received as i am new to this.  many thanks.

I live in Gibraltar and all I can advise is that you make sure you have all the necessary information before paying for property.  There are many people who have experienced problems with sales of plots of land and planning permission.
