Probably stuck abroad in some idyllic far away island on a white sandy shore with the warm breezes wafting over an tequila sunrise whilst the swaying palms danced and a dusky maiden in a grass skirt moved to a romantic tune. .....Well, why not he deserves it.

I'm sorry to hear that too. I always read your posts in case I ever needed anything in the future. The reason for asking was that there is a question somewhere in here about ventilation in internal bathrooms and I just thought you would know. It was then I realised you hadn't posted for some time and I just wondered where you were.

Actually Buildersmate was able to provide good advice on a range of issues other than just Homes & Gardens- he was a valuable and well respected contributor to Jobs, Employment Law and Business, and could always be relied upon to provide an informed answer when some had contributed well-meaning butmisinformed guidance. He would be a l real loss to AB.
(Sorry if this sounds like an obituary!)
Hope you stay Buildersmate. I always wondered what your Avatar was going to be- would we get a pic of you or just a trowel or something.

I sympathise with Buildersmate and other's like him. They give good information on numerous subjects, yet receive little thanks. It doesn't take long to come back and show appreciation.
