Has anyone used one of these?
got quite a lot of garden rubbish including several heavy item's,
one place near us (poole) has advertised one for £40, this is quite a LOT cheaper than the price of a traditional metal skip.

I've seen something similar over my way Mrincredible(Dorchester) and it seemed to good to be true so I'll keep an interest in the answers you get.
I saw something similar in Focus a couple of weeks ago, but when I read the instructions it seemed as though after buying the bag you then had to pay for a skip company to come and take it away. Check it out before buying.

I have used these before and they were ok and cheaper than a skip. I bought mine in Homebase.

A mate of mine used to collect these (ie drive the truck). He said you wouldn't believe how many people leave them in the back garden and expect him to move the lot by hand, so if you use one remember to start of with the bag as close to the road as you can get it before filling it. As long as its within about 10 feet you should be OK.
Hi MrIncredible
I've used these "Hippo" bags quite a lot, both sizes. Yes the cost of the bag and the collection is quite dear, but on the other hand, I find it works out cheaper than a skip - and you can fill it at your leisure. Recommended.
