Damp still raging and the wall is bubbling!

Had a major problem with the windows in the whole house(old wooden frames rotting etc) then had double glazing fitted and decorated the bathroom.Now though there is condensation running down the window and wall every day and the wall directly under the window is bubbling,like the paint had some water forcing its way through.Any ideas as to what I could do?I don't mind having to re plaster the wall if it means putting something onto/into the bricks like damp proofing.Had a look at the pointing and that seems OK.
Any advice please?

Have you any ventilation such as airbricks?where the wall is bubbling, is there any sealant between the window unit and the structure?

Cannot see any vent bricks,where exactly would they be?Also there is plenty of sealent,expanding foam and god knows what else the builders put there.Even when I have the window open a little,the window still condenses.The room is heated well enough,but since the weather got colder,the problem has escalated stupidly.

Bathroom window,front of the house,3 bed semi,on the outside wall.Hope thats some use.Also there is no fan in the room.And...the bubbling is running down the wall in a straight line where the window is.It was bad enough before,there was me hoping double glazing would be the end of my worries :(((

You need ventilation .. The problem will just be continued ventilation .. and air not moving about.
You need an extractor .. probably a ducted inline) one from ceiling.
They are better .. quieter, and shift more air than a standard fan.

Exactly as Al says Aya .................. extraction is far more important than any amount of heating/insulation/double glazing .................... if possible, fitted directly over the shower or bath and ducted to outside.

Thanks all,I think it may be time to see what the landlord has to say about it,though I dont think he will be keen to spend any more money after the work thats been,he is not know for wanting to spend till he absolutely has to.
