Whats the best way to wrap a gift that's king of an elongated dome shape. It's like a cylinder, but one end is flat and the other is domed, and i'm wondering how I could wrap it . . . any sensible suggestions?

Wrap it to make it look like a big cracker.
Cling film.
Put it in a gift bag or a box.
Hi molls - might it fit into a Pringles cardboard tube ?
Take the batteries out before wrapping, if approrpriate - just incase the recipient shakes the parcel. Interesting shapes always get a good shake before opening.

It has no batteries but it does make an interesting sound when rattled.
can you tell us what it is?
no jaydah - leave it to JJ.....lol
you could put it in abox - that'd get them guessing!
As Ummm suggests, wrap it in tissue paper then put it in a gift bag.

it's too big to fit in a pringles tube. It's a manicure set . . .

that's spoilt it Molls :)

Roll it in tissue (from off licence) sealing flat bottom, ribboned at top with surplus tissue fanned out.

Mum found a little box that's just big enough, so i've put it in that, and wrapped the box in paper.
