It is a modern phone with push buttons. My Internet searches have been without success.

Yes, I'm surprised you didn't have much luck. I found that one within about 3 seconds by typing retro phone into google.

Thanks for the suggestions. The Amazon one is closest to the original. I don't understand why I didn't come across it there.
