My mum has moved into a bungalow with fitted wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors. We are taking them out this weekend but don't know what to do with them. We don't want to take them to the tip, and haven't got a van to transport them, We would advertise them on Freecycle, but we live in a different town. Any suggestions?

Ebay, someone will want them
i agree with tamborine, Freecycle is the best way, may aswell help someone out and help the environment at the same time, also saves you having to do it yourself as they pick it up from you...
If in good condition sell them through your local ads paper, and don't forget to give the exact size.Mirrored glass sliding doors can be quite expensive.I sold a pair for £50 a few years ago.
You could use them to disguise/hide a garage wall or shed in your garden, I saw someone do it on the telly and it looked really good.
Fix them onto a supporting timber frame to hide the shed, put some trellis in front and then put shrubs or climbers to hide the edges. It looks like a really classy backdrop to a seating area.
