My cat just will not stop scratching my stair carpet. To the point where he is now through to the underlay and it looks terrible. He won't use a scratch pad, I've bought numerous sprays from pet shop. Eucalyptus Oil, squirting him with a water pistol, which stops him, but I can't stay in all day with a gun in my hand. Can anybody help?
