A lot of the toxic stuff is in the filter tips in cigarettes, I believe.
Hand rolling tobacco does not have the same amount of chemicals added.
Dutch tobacco does :)

They list it for a 5.2mm and a 7.2mm roll up.
I meant it does have the information.... not it has chemicals added...

If you're interested... on golden virgina it's listed for a type a and type b at two different sizes of roll up... (I've no idea what a tpye a or b is!)

5.2mm TypeA is 8mg of tar, 0.7mg nicotine
7.2mm typeA is 15mg of tar, 1.3mg nicotine.

5.2mm TypeB is 11mg of tar, 0.9mg nicotine
7.2mm type B is 19mg of tar, 1.5mg nicotine.

thanks chuck, but im still confused :(if ms a ) smokes 5mg. tar. 0.5mg nicotine. 6mg. carbon monoxide. in a cigarette can she choose a tobacco with similar strengths ?
No two hand rolled smokes are the same. Some are as thin as match sticks. If they gave the total tar, nicotine, and carbon monoxide for the entire packet it might help.
Yes. there are "light" versions of rolling tobacco too.

The best I can find though is drum (there is a mild drum too)
