why is my laptop kicking me off internet

every while it freezes kicks me off the internet and takes ages to load up again!
ive deleted cookies and history...will delete some pics/ docs

any other reasons why? its SOO annoying x

If your internet connection is actually dropping (i.e. the light on your router goes out) you need to contact your ISP.

If the connection stays in place, but pages cease to load (or load incredibly slowly), you should try changing the DNS settings. If we're to tell you how to do that, we'll need the name of your ISP and the make of your router.

i will investigate more chris thats very helpfull...i thinking it may be my internet because it also happens on ipad xx

It is the problem of your internet connection, you could talk to your connection provider or also, you could try and alter the last digit of your I.P address. It works!
