Can anyone tell me how I can remove a large patch of leaked oil off my tarmac drive? This came from a workman's van while parked there and it has run down the drive which is on a slope.

mop up what you can, then i've used loads of neat washing up liquid and a scrubbing brush to remove it BUT it doesn't remove the oil "stain"maybe someone knows how to finish the job
Call the workman whose van left the mess and tell them to come and fix the damage they have caused.
chucks correct its their fault.
my oil spill was when i was changing my oil i kicked the bl***y bowl the old oil was in,
I'd suggest looking on Google for 'removing oil tarmac'. Heaps of ideas from the experience of others. Take your pick!
I have found liquid sugar soap is great for removing oil and grease from clothes. I would try it on anything.
