Has Ebay removed their Chat option recently? I can only find an option to email them and they say they will get back in 3 days. I've contacted them in a chat option before but can't see it now, or perhaps I'm just missing it. Does anyone know?

When is 5am to 10pm Pacific Time. When I looked it was 1pm to 6am GMT but the chat option is still not available.
