Anyone know where I can get a good cheap arc welder around �60. And can they cut metal aswell as weld?

Here's a couple of arc welders at a reasonable price. I would suggest that if you are inexperienced at welding, a MIG welder would be a better and easier option. Although slightly more expensive, they are very much easier to use, even I can get passable results with one. They aren't designed for cutting metal BTW. A cheap way of cutting sheet metal is to buy some nibbler jaws that fit into a drill chuck.The bottom link is for a nibbler.
