I don't think a Jew nor a Muslim would agree with you there, Attilla.
thanks hc
It's not the same thing but the same principle!
Yes :)
Too much red meat whether halal or not, is not good for the bowels.
oh i was saying thanks to the nz lamb thingy
Either you are joking or you've completely misunderstood the dangers of red meat. It has nothing to do with the blood in it; it's to do with the fat and cholesterol content. Changing the colour by draining the blood doesn't change anything.
Some red meat is low fat and low cholesterol. If you are concerned about it, try venison or other game meats such as kangaroo and crocodile.
my husband as always said that too much lamb or beef isnt good for you... and hes eaten halal all his life.....
pdust - tell him to try white meat, such as pork.

(Joke! I know your husband is Muslim)
how about becoming a vegetarian or vegan ;-)
we both are hc.... lol he nearly has a heart attack if i wind him up that hes eating something with pork in it
It is if your dad's a violent fundamentalist iman
I know you are, pdust.

More pork for me!
bigbadmarty, your comment is totally out of order.
Wonder what they do with all the blood when they have slit the poor animals throats???
you'll end up with a brain worm hc ;)
wash it away
andres, the same as any other abattoir. No matter how the animal is slaughtered there is blood - lots of it - and guts.
psst bigbadmarty... i think you mean imam ..dockhead
