Hello Biddies! and Neti

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8527/8560932973_1558e8e21d_z.jpg

Have enjoyed a very sunny warm weekend, but it's now got cooler. I am keeping up with you now and your queezy tums (Mine is in permanent turmoil!!)

Am off in July to see a private reconstructive dental surgeon (friend of my own NHS dentist) to see if there is a solution to my problem that the NHS don't know about. Apparently my problem is unique - perhaps I should go to Malta!!

Am now going back to my book - have taken up reading again after years of not being able to concentrate on any fiction.

Will be back soon.

Love you all. xx
Just called in to say oight oight everybiddy and there you are Lottie.
Great to see you again and looking forward to hearing more from you soon. XX

Oight Oight again all. See you all tomorrow probably after my Tai Chi and Lunch with my Tues friends.
hello all, big ha ha for jno and glad to hear that you are feeling better jude.
Robi the two pests I hate worse than any others are vine weevil and lily beetle. They have decimated my garden in the past.
Another busy day, Si and I walked down to the local village to see two fairs, one vintagey one and the other was the local village get together, we wandered around the both, had lunch out and walked home again, on my feet for about an hour and a half all told, the longest furthest I have walked for ages as i only potter behind the dogs, knee is whinging but not badly so yahoo!
Neti how can you be carousing everynight and have e coli???????
Wrap up warm in the garden Shaney, I think a chill around the lokes can be really nasty.
and lovely to hear from you again Lottie, you sound much better!
I feel so ill, didn't eat or drink anything now have bucket by the bed.

Oight oight
Oh dear Neti. Hope by the time you read this you feel better. Surely Ecoli is food poisoning! It doesn't recur unless you keep eating dodgy stuff. Not that I'm an expert. Whatever it is, see the Medico or the Witch Doctor tomorrow I you still feel ill. I have had enough feeling ill this past few months to last a lifetime. I will bore you all one day with the details. I live to tell the tale!!

Oight, oight.
well, that was a short oight, must have slept for an hour or so. Never mind, I can go back to bed whenever I want, I have nothing on my social calendar for a week and a half.

Morning all...oh dear neti, not you too, hope you feel better this morning. We're living parallel lives at the moment, I was doubled up with stomach pain til the early hours, didn't know which end felt worse but nothing happened... I might have felt better if it had.
I did a tad better than you jno with the sleep, I think I managed about 3 hrs. I'm thinking of sleeping during the day and staying awake all night...not sure my gardener will want to mow at 3 am every two weeks tho.

Welcome back to the Biddy General Lottie, there might be an empty bed in the corridor somewhere. I'm more than fed up of feeling ill too.

Weather's crip by the way, as if it makes a lot of difference. I'll be doing as little as possible today.
Morning all, snap Robi I was in agony last night, just couldn't enjoy myself, just sipped water and then came home. Staying in today, feel better but very light headed, if I couyld have vomited last night them I think I would have felt better.

Maybe it's not ecoli then but there's something similar that I always have and have no normal effects, they find it in a pee test. I haven't had IBS since the late 70's, it just went but I think it is back again. My breath is very unpleasant and there's a nasty taste in my mouth! urgh!!

Did a boil wash overnight so that is now all sparkling on the line, changed beds so am waiting for the sheets to finish washing.

Hope you are feeling better too Robi, awful isn't it, I now have no energy and it's not like me at all. Hope the rest of you are feeling well, glad Lottie is back yay!!
Good morning all, I seem to be the one whose turn it is to be healthy.....don't worry it will share it around. Pouring wet day here, washing machine coming this afternoon so we are going to laze around. Shughy found a hedgehog in the garden last night and did his usual trick of putting nose on it yelling, putting paw on it, yelling, trying to pick it up, really yelling and then reverting to nose again ad lib till forcibly removed.
Hi woofy, aw bless shughy, doesn't he realise that it's gonna hurt him time after time?
Question Author
I hope you stay well woofy, someone has to have a life on our behalf.

Yes neti, tis awful, I feel as though my insides are full of boulders. It's my theory it's one of those long term viruses that moves around your body, upsetting each bit in turn. Look how long poor Jude's been below par. Some kind traveller must have taken from the UK to Ibiza...or the other way around. Do you remember that year when an awful flu went between us and Spain/Ibiza?
Good morning.

Next door's greyhound (well now she has 4 of them) bought a hedgehog indoors last week!!

I am on dog duty quite a lot these days. She has three sheep arriving on Saturday - hopefully, I will not be required as a shepherd - but it will be interesting helping with shearing and foot cutting. Two rescued rabbits have also arrived and possibly soon a donkey or two!! Living next door to an animal lover is great after living next door to Trolls!!!

Morning is the worse time for my tum - must run. Hope this Biddy Hospital has plenty of loos!!!

x
And Robinia has popped back .........................
Morning all
Dry and dull .My bones tell me it's going to rain shortly though.
Sorry to hear some of you are unwell and hope you soon feel better.
I never feel 100% and haven't done for years :)
Sprinkle us with some healthy dust please Woofy .
Hi Shaney. Like you I never feel 100%. I suppose you just get used to it - 50 shades of grey (ha ha)!
Question Author
hi shaney...I think you're going to be sprinkled with our cold rain later (we're not even in double figures here)
It's muggy, bright but hazy here at present. Rain would save me watering my pots and things so hopefully it will arrive, but the weather forecast thinks otherwise and we are shown to be remaining dry :o(
Oh Lottie just opened your link, that will be the Fallas in Valencia, they are made of papier mache and burnt on Father's Day on March 19th, I went there one years, facinating.
we had a downpour last night, and the traffic on the Ibiza/San Antonio road had to stop and wait for it to abate. and cold?? I went to bed in socks, pj's with long legs and long sleeves. Am having a lovely clean up today, washing most things and will cook something gentle for tonight.

What a lot we are!

Yes Robi a bellyfull of boulders was right and now my back has twinged, I give up.

[i]Biddies: Tomorrow is another day....[i]
