How do these SIM cards work? Do they work in any phone? Can existing numbers be transferred to them??

Giffgaff is basically "O2 with extras". (It's wholly owned by O2).

Their SIM cards will work in any unlocked phone and also in phones locked to the 02 network.

me and my missus have been using giffgaff for about two years now.we have iphones(locked to the 02 network) and for £10 each per month we have 250 min,unlimited data and unlimited texts,also because both phones are giffgaff the calls and texts between them are free,so basically we both have unlimited data each for a tenner a month and i've never had any problems with them,i've yet to see a better deal elsewere.

Thanks both ...... can I use it in Europe (emergencies only as know it's expensive)?
