I suspect that your fridge has lost the coolant. (If so, there's nothing that you can do other than to get it fixed by a professional - or to buy a replacement).
In the meantime it's worth remembering that you've got a natural refrigerator (literally) right on your doorstep. If you need to keep something cool, simply put it in a plastic bag (to keep it clean) and place it outside. (I've not got a fridge but my milk, cheese and beer are in my external meter cupboard. It's around 5C here at the moment, falling to 3C overnight. That's close to the 4C to 8C range that a domestic fridge normally runs at).
