confused! need help!

i dont understand this webaite very well ! lol ive only just joined ! what does it mean on your profile when it says questions answers  and then removed? what does it mean by removed? and how do you get feedback from peoples questions youve answered like whether it woz helpful etc?! thnx

flower90, sometimes posters are uneccessarily chatty or perhaps the question (or answer) contains objectionable material and sometimes it just a great mystery... but some Q or A's are removed by the esteemed Editor. If a person has been helped by an answer they can, and often do Rate the Answer.  This allows them to add between 1 and 4 stars under your name next to  the answer.  Sometimes, if you're lucky, someone actually says "thanks, big help!"  Welcome here... BTW, I'm in U.S. so the site is truly multi-lateral...
