Finding A Phone Number.
26 Answers
I need to cancel an appointment with the chiropodist. He calls at the house and has not got a regular surgery. I have lost his telephone number. I have tried everything I can think of - advertising sites and booklets, 118118 - who could not find anything although he has an unusual name - and the net. He is on the net but the address and telephone number are obsolete. Apparently he has not lived there for four years (very embarrassing) and they did not have a number for him. Anyone got any suggestions as to how to find him?

On a similar line of thought . . . Do you know anyone who uses the same chiropodist as you. If so, try asking them.

I initially found him in a small advertising book which was delivered to me when I moved to Nailsea a year ago (lost it). Accoding to the net he has the letters MSSCh and MBChA after his name, so presumbly he is a bona fide chiropodist but he only does house visits. Tried the link you have given Buenchico but they could not find him. Oh dear, I have made a mess for myself. I am going on holiday. Reckon I will have to pay him for not being there when he calls - and so I should for being so careless.
I don't think you should have to pay if you can't contact him and his details are obsolete. What else are you supposed to do?
There is someone else in Nailsea on this list, (Ian Strickland) could you ask him? they might know of each other.

I am O.K. jem. I have been too idle to look through the jokes section, but I will get back to it one day. I am going to France (Brittany) to see my son and daughter-in-law who have decided it is cheaper to live there than here. Only for a few days. Personally I think they are mad, but then I like it here.
