I have just been sent a video via fb and would like to share it with AB. please how do I copy it across?

Easiest thing to do is link it to the original post on FB, it's not always available for everyone to see though. The best way to do it is try to find the video on Youtube and then link here by copying and pasting the link into the relevant little box.
