when you sneeze, the force amounts to approximately 100 miles per hour. You blink quite simply because if you didnt your eyes would pop out!

I always told people that and they told me that it was a hoax. Do you know where I can find cited evidence?
It is nonsense that your eyes would pop out if you didn't blink when you sneeze. Surely by this logic, everytime you sneeze you would feel your eyes trying to escape out of your head and the only thing stopping that from happening are your eyelids which are the thinnest skin on your body.
see i think the eyes would pop out of the head? But i know if you were to sneeze, cough, and fart at the same time, you'd DIE!!!! lol
