Estate agent is coming tomorrow
Im in rented accomodation
Landlord dosent know if he is renting again or selling.

What can i expect tomorrow when the estate agent comes?

The place is a mess with boxes and packing. Id rather they werent coming however the pressure was on.

What will they do when they are here??? Look in cupboards etc? Obviously they are valuing the place x

measure rooms and look at utilities I expect..

They had the property before i rented it- same estate agent so its a REvaluation i think they will have the measurements xx

They won't nosey in cupboards. They'll just be making sure it's as it was last time and there's no damage.
