Phone Unlock

i was on my home computer and am trying to unlock my three network phone
when i hit the link button
i get this message?
what can i do?

The URL in your post is a normal 'http' one but the relevant page uses a secure 'https' address. Try this:
https://www.three.co.uk/Support/Device_Unlock

If you are still under contract, the phone operator will not let you unlock it. If you are out of contract, you should ask Three for the PAC code, and they will send you a link, from which you request unlocking. It can take several days.

as i tried to go on the google search page,clicked the three site
then to the three store and i still get the message

It's not clear from your post whether you've tried MY link or not. It should work!

(Or, is it that you're getting as far as that page but having problems once you've completed the form?)

it says the same and then gives me a reference number

Do you get to the form?

If so, have you filled in all of the fields on the form before clicking 'Submit'?

the ended up doing it on my phone
