Tiredness And Insomnia What To Do ?

I feel myself tired and out of power and cant sleep well for the last few month. Have someone had the same mess? Can it be treated at home or should i go to my dc?

However if this is actually a genuine question then there are far more likely causes of insomnia tiredness than lack of progesterone. They include lack of iron, lack of Vitamin D, depression, etc, etc. See your GP.

I'll let it stand for the moment, Danny, even though I'm very suspicious of the question. (The spammers are getting more cunning these days. For example, there are quite a few new members who're posting meaningless answers on old threads these days, presumably so that automated anti-spam systems won't detect the spam that they post later on. However AB uses real people to moderate this site, rather than robots, so they're wasting their time!)
