Is The Energy Company Utility Warehouse Good Value?

Hi is anybody on here with Utility Warehouse. I am and find it expensive. I am not on their cheapest plan because i do not have their internet or mobile. What do you all think of them.?

Great If you are on the Gold Package,expensive If you are not.

My uncle is with them form energy, phone and broadband.

I can't fault their customer service when having to report his phone out of order (but yet his internet worked)

I'd be very wary. My son-in-law had a fault on his landline and as is customary in such situations, the customer service adviser warned him that if BT ( the repair agents ) found that the fault was on his side of the master socket, Utility Warehouse would seek to recover the BT charge from him. Now, I'm aware that this behaviour is typical of third party telecom providers given that only BT can fix these problems. Following the repair, in due course a bill arrived from Utility Warehouse in which they claimed BT had charged them for the repair. Subsequent enquiries with BT showed that BT had done no such thing and furthermore, an independent engineer confirmed the problem was definitely on the Utility Warehouse ie BT side of the master socket.
