Pret a manger.
No it isn't.
she's riiiiight !

The Feast of the Immaculate Conception centers on the belief that Jesus' mother, the Virgin Mary, was conceived without sin. Pope Pius IX issued an apostolic constitution, known as the Ineffabilis Deus, on December 8, 1854.

and is celebrated 8 Dec - so you have missed your date

there was an awful massacre a few years ago when it became obvious that 100% Bers didnt know the difference between immaculate conception and virgin birth

this is the Holy Innocents - important to show the humanity of Christ before the crucifixion- so that as a child he could be killed ( er hence the er crucifixion) and had to flee

oh come arn - I am just covering standard christian theology you godless lot
coming up
the feast of the circumcision
also shows the humanity of christ

Peter at 23:08 - You are probably right describing your post as basic Christian theology, but it is not essential knowledge, although it seems interesting.
It is more of a Roman Catholic invention that has no scriptural authority to legitimise it.
However, your posts are always informative and appreciated.
I'm sure I remember having a Great Aunt Ague.
Most of us did.
Yep, she was the sister of my great grandmother Queenie.
