It's not clear to me as to hat you're trying to do. Google Street View images only get updated when one of these drives down the street:

By default, the latest available image should always be shown. If any other images are available though, 'see more dates' will be shown in the box at the top left of your screen. Clicking on it will show what's available to view. (For my house, for example, the default image is from March 2022, with the only other image available being from March 2009).
As the camera cars go along different streets on different dates, some images will be more up-to-date than others. So it's possible, for example, for someone to see their car parked outside their old address in one image but parked outside their new address in a different one.
