I have a download cable and want to download music to my mp3 player on my samsung but can't find the device. How do I do this

Do you mean a samsung mobile phone?

If that is what you mean, then with the data cable, did you not get a CD with drivers and software?

The software that came with my samsung D500 data cable was a program called "PIM and File Manager" By a company called "EasyStudio".

I gave that a quick search into google but couldn't find a direct download page for the software, but there are many forums discussions with people asking of and about the software.

Try searching "EasyStudio" "PIM and File Manager" (with the "'s) into google, and there are pages of results about this software.

Hope that works. If it's not a phone/mp3 player, then maybe it's a completely different story all together.

Sorry it took so long to get back and yes it is a mobile phone. I did get a disc but no instructions and can't find anything in the different bits yo have to install off it. Will give google a try and see what I can find.
