Dose the new Sky high definition box have the same functions as the Sky + box? Can you still record and save your programmes?

Yeah it has all the cabailities of Sky+, basically its exactly the same, but with a bigger hardrive and a HD decoder.

I wouldnt get one just yet they are �299 for the box plus �10 a month subscription fee, and they only have a handful of channel that are HD at the mo, Sky Sports, Sky Movies Discovery and some others. You also need a Hd ready Tv (sorry if you knew that but didnt want to give you half an answer)
