how do I type a question mark upside down?...I've seen it done!

�Where did you see it done?

In Windows XP hold down the Alt key and type 0191 using the number keypad on the right of the keyboard (ensure NumLock is on).

Or in MSWoord you can use 'Insert'/symbol/normal text' and scroll down to the � symbol.

Alternatively get a Spanish keyboard, where the character comes as standard!
