Hello, i have a epson stylus DX3850, and ever since i bought it weeks ago i keep having problems with simple print outs using A4 paper, however i try the finished prints
always end up at a slight angle rather than the required straight, causing some of the text to be lost, and it happens whether they be pictures or text.
tried the alignment feature but with no luck so far

Anyone with any knowlege of how to solve this problem.?

Sounds like a paper feed problem. Have you got the feed tray guides setup properly?
Question Author
readjusted the paper feed guides, did a print out of 5 pages 3 of which came out perfectly, the other two however did not.

Strange.
Hi, I'm not being funny, but why not take it back and inform the dealer that it is not doing the job for what it was bought for. Demand a replacement.

Cheers
Well, do they have some sort of lock, to make sure they stay in place?
Question Author
The problem appears to have been with the site i was downloading forms off, something to do with a graphics conversion filter, not the printer.

Thanks anyway.
