Crying Babies

I watched the news yesterday, and saw a report about an American photographer who took photographs of children crying. I wanted to show the pictures to my mum and I wondered if anyone could tell me the photographers name, or where I would be able to find the photographs.
I've already looked on the BBC news website... to no avail.

cant remember if it was itv or bbc but the last couple of nights there has been a report on the childrens homes in romania and the footage was so upsetting to watch. is this what you mean ? it is the late news, 10pm or there about.
