f:\windows\temp\6c11d561-620b-47da-a693-4c59733cdf40) isrt.dll could not be installed. access is denied. i am getting this when i am trying to install my epson perfection 1260 scanner, any ideas what i can do to sort this out.

im not much of a genius on computers, but copy and paste that filename in to the windows "run" command and see where it ends up then check to see if te file is protected or some other computer realted thing that stops u from using it.
