Copying a VHS video
1 Answers
I have a video of me recorded on a sling-shot ride that I want to copy to send to my parents. I have 2 video recorders and hope that someone can tell me how I can connect them to make a copy of my tape. Any ideas please ?

If both VCRs have SCART sockets then it's dead easy - just put a SCART lead in between the two, stick your source video in one and play it; put a blank tape in the other, put it on the AV channel and record. If they don't both have SCART sockets then use a standard co-ax aerial cable (the same sort that goes from your video to your TV), connect one end to the Aerial Out socket on your first video and the other end to the Aerial In socket on your second video (if you don't have a spare length of cable, but you have a piece currently going into an aerial socket in the wall, you can use that and put it back in its proper place when you've finished). If you do it this second way, you will have to tune a channel on the second video to show the output of the first; this is done the same way you would tune in a standard TV channel.
