Someone born in a leap year

If somebody was born in a leap year on 29th february, when it is not a leap year what date would they celebrate there birthday? id imagine personal choice but i dunno?

My daughter was born in a leap year and she celebrates it the rest of the time on the 28th. Otherwise she'd be celebrating it in the wrong month.

One of my best mates bithday is on a leap year - she celebrates on both the 28th and the 1st - she says this is to make up for the fact that she only gets 1 proper birthday once every 4 years.
